ITIA II is part of the same complex of buildings as ITIA I. It is a beautiful house, built on a slope, at the beginning of the road to Chora. It is located only 2 kilometers from the Port and more or less at the same distance from Chora. Its exterior is neat, with a private big garden, a private road that leads to the house, parking space, stares and narrow streets that lead to the house. Villa ITIA II is of 60m² in area, built in 2 levels and it can accommodate 4-5 persons.

On the first level, you will find the sitting room and the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a bunk bed. On the lower level, going down three steps, you will get to the main bedroom, with a double bed and a separate entrance that leads to the garden. Between the bedroom and the siting room there is the bathroom. The house decoration is typical Cycladic, with special attention to detail and simplicity.

However, what makes the house special is its spacious veranda with the unlimited view to the beaches, to Livadi and to the sea.
