Itia I is a beautiful vacations residence for rent built on the hillside on the road to Chora. It is located 2km from the port and another 2km from Chora. The meticulous exterior has a private path that leads to the house, a parking spot, a big garden, front steps and pathways leading to the house.

Villa Itia (60m2) has 3 levels and can accommodate 4-5 persons. On the first level there is the living room and the dining table. Guests are able to ask for a sofa bed for 1 person. Going down 3 steps there is the next level with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, stove). On the second level there are 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom. The house has a Cycladic decoration with emphasis on detail and simplicity.

What makes this residence unique, however, is its big terraces on both levels and the endless view of the beaches, Livadaki and the sea.
