On the second level there is a spacious living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. On the third level there are 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and a big bathroom. The house provides private parking and air conditioning. It can comfortably accommodate 2 families, since the lower level can be separated. In the living rooms there are sofas which can be used as beds.
